Tiffany, over at Dancing Branflakes, is a gorgeous example of both inner and outer beauty. One of the topics she often discusses is women and their body issues. She helps inspire us to learn to love our bodies the way they are despite our ongoing struggles and desires for improvement. Many would call her perfect the way she is, but believe it or not, Tiffany has admitted to being negative about her own body. So she made a deal with herself, to say 5 nice things for every 1 put down she gives her body.
Yesterday she re-inspired many women to do the same. Here are mine that I posted in her comments:
1) my feet...I must say that I DO have some pretty feet lol
2) my booty...rounder than any other Asian I know :)
3) my forearms
4) my lips
5) my nose
An exercise with good timing, seeing as how everyone is making their new year's lists and resolutions. I'm inviting all of you to join me in making this a habit and inspiring others :). What are your 5 body loves?
